I have researched more about the muscles flow in the female body.

I have found some very interesting books and videos about body muscles for artists.

I found the book very useful as there was detail explanations about the proportions of the human body. It also gave me a better understanding of how the “body flows go” and how the female body tends to be rounder compared to a males however the body proportions are about the same.

This YouTube video was helpful for visual purposes. It was extremely detailed as it showed all the nerves and blood flows of the body. But it was interesting to see all the internal parts of the body stripped away from the body, layer by layer.

Here is an image I used to help me sketch out the muscles flow of the body.
