Here is my moodboard on my character design.

I did moodboards to create a clear direction to what I am wanting to create for my final look design.
For the character I wanted her to be sweet classy and simple but still keeping to the disney look.
I wanted to keep her very iconic disney eyes but staying away from the wide nose bridge. I liked the look of the natural and luscious lips in the bottom right hand corner image.
For the scene moodboard, I wanted to have simple and clean textures. I want the lighting to bring the scene alive. So the images in my moodboard are all simple and clear backgrounds and textures which mostly rely on lighting to create a mood for the scene.
